The one whose sunsign has the same element as that of ur's. I mean if u r water sign then the other one from same element can b best for u ie. cancer, scorpio or pisces and similarly other groups like earth sign- capri, taurus or virgo. air signs- libra, aquarious or gemini and fire signs- aries, leo or saggi.A person with compatible element is also good like water with earth or air with fire.If ur moon sign n his sun sign is same it's even better. there is more depth but generally that much information is enough.
