At 5ft 4in. and weighing 100 lbs. you would not need to lose weight. You are thin enough for that height. What you can do is exercise using weights to firm up. You start taking crap like that to lose weight, and you cause your metabolism to slow down when you do not take it. It can actually cause you to start gaining weight if you do not take it all the time. Cut out the sugary foods and drinks, and the snacks that have trans fats and saturated fats. Eat fruits, salads, vegetables, wheat bread, lean meat, and low fat dairy products and milk.

I can definitely say NO to the diet pills and Hoodia. They will make you hyper and nervous. You're only 12 anyway, your body will change alot for atleast the next 6 years. Just keep exercising like you do now.
South beach Diet food is sold in stores, but I wouldn't sign up for anything long term right now.

i got here upon the e book to be very informative and easy to study. i've got lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too right this moment. i'll confess i haven't accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed ingredients and meal plans (yet regularly) and doing little or no exercising, however the load keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it may scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i could lose. So thank you returned for the suggestions. i've got on no account bought something like this till now because of the fact they're in many situations packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start off on the instant!

Um,

I don't want to say wait cuse you're still growing cause that may be as tall as you may get. I can say this, I used to be like 50 pounds overweight then suddenly I got a growth spurt and all that fat went into that. Sadley, since I didn't get enough excercise, I got fat again lol. So I started playing my sport, Soccer and inch by inch, I've been burning fat. Diet pills only hurt you, try to find something you like, like a sport or dance groups (Not clubs, there are groups who dance to lose wight), and play it everyday. And by the way, drink lots of water and eat at least one apple a day, helps your digestive system.

Honey, you really need to see a doctor....It doesn't sound like you are overweight. If you are unhappy with certain parts of your body you might try specifically targeting those areas with special exercises. But please before you do anything, get your mom to take you to a doc or a fitness center and get evaluated by a professional who can tell you if you really need to lose weight. I would advise against any pills or fad diets, especially for someone who is still growing. Good luck, hon!

No, those drugs are not meant for someone your age. And you sound more underweight than overweight. You're also still growing and your body is probably going to change considerably in the next few years. Whatever you do, keep a healthy diet. Do not starve yourself, that could cause lots of problems for someone your age.

You're still growing. Don't funk up your body with drugs. Just eat right and exercise and everything will come out ok.

Eat more salad, walk more often.

Diet pills will screw up your hormones, which will screw up many things in your body!

You might start getting dark hair in places you don't want, and you might even start gaining more weight.
