Computer Maintenance?

So when do you run any maintenance on your computer, Virus scan, spyware scan, clean up your temp files, disk defrag. And in order thats how I run mine. Do you do all or just a few. I do everything but disk defrag that I do every month, Virus spyware and clena up temp is every week or 2.

Every week to two weeks generally, defrag once a month.
I run Norton system works to find errors several times a week.
