she hasn't said a word to me and I have tried to start a conversation up with her a couple of times. So he left 2 days ago and will be back next week. Since she isn't speaking to me I just seclude myself in my room and don't say anything to her thinking she needs space. Well I she just taped this letter to my door saying that I am treating her like a desiese? I think she is flipping out how can I approach her in a grown up matter. I think she is acting like a litte kid. Plus she thinks that I am only being nice to her when I want things? I have no idea what she is talking about. Could it be because she is emotionaly unstable?

This is why married couples shouldn't have roommates!
She is bummed, naturally so. Just tell her you wanted to give her some space, because you didn't know how to deal.

It sounds like she was upset that her husband was going to be away... she also sounds a little bit immature but I would just go to her and tell her that you were not trying to treat her like a disease, that she seemed a bit bummed when her husband left and you thought that she just needed some space and were trying to be respectful.
Ask her why she would think that you are only nice to her when you want something and tell her that you never meant to make her feel that way.
Then leave it alone, if she continues to make a big deal about it I would say that she would like to live with her husband without a roommate and is trying to cause trouble so that her husband will get mad at you and kick you out.
Be respectful, don't argue and if it continues then move out.

I would stay clear of that one, until your roommate gets back. Then talk to him about it, maybe it's time you found your own place !
