Are you saying that the magi should not be included in the nativity scene, because they arrived years after Jesus was born?
You're probably right. Why are there always three wise men? The Bible doesn't mention a number.
These are not major theological issues, though.

because you're messing with their religion. And for the most part, Christians have been really tolerant about their religion since 19th century. If you look around, people say God damn it which is blasphemy to them. And you dont see them killing people over it. And rappers dressing up as Jesus (ahemkanyeahem) and you dont seem them rioting in the streets looking for blood. If you look at the roots of Christianity, it's one with violence and I think that it's about time they start getting pissy. And by pissy I mean killing people. And why start killing people? Because it works. I mean a "majority" of them can say they're not violent, and their religion is not violent. But like that means anything, words are meaningless.

He was also born in the Spring. Alot of the things associated with Christmas are the result of the early Catholic church moving things around inorder to easy the recruitment of the still primarily Pagan Roman culture into Christianity.

The nativity scene is a reminder of the incomprehensible sacrifice Jesus made for us. He hunbled HImself and became a Baby so He could die for our sins and lead us to Heaven. Why do you hate Christians so much anyway?

It's just another way for them to whore out incorrect information they've taken from the Bible. They decided the terrible twos weren't as wholesome & Christian as the so-called "virgin birth" - hence the nativity scene depicting so.

On that subject, I've got one word. Pre-***.

Yes girls, you *can* get pregnant from it. ;-)

I dunno. If you think about it, everything religious-wise in films is highly controversial. Just look at Kingdom of Heaven, the DaVinci Code, and the Passions of Christ. All of them were extremely controversial.

No nativity ... no Jesus.

No Jesus ... no redemption.

No redemption ... no heaven.

No heaven ... only hell.
