The intensity of sunlight hitting the ground varies according to latitude which will always mean that the tropics will be hotter than the poles.

The oceans and mountains also have a large influence on the climate so those are going to prevent you from having the same climate on every place on the planet.

You wouldn't want to do this in any event, unless you wanted to entirely disrupt life-cycles and ecology. The earth depends on the seasonal cycles. Best leave it alone.
