Okay EVERYONE varies! Some people have a very high tolerance for carbohydrates, meaning they can burn through sugar very fast and well, however, most carbs do not leave you feeling satisfied and end up being converted into fat if their not used in the body. I believe it is a good idea for you to mix up your carbs with healthy food of course, but also have more on some days and less on others. Get your carbs from natural sources such as fruits and vegetables. Eat your fill. From Bread and processed foods have less. I say between 50-70 on an average day, including fiber. And on some allow up to 100-150 grams (have a dessert) shock your body once a week! Its always nice! Keep sugar on the low!
