Are you looking for free software solutions? Try Gimp (http://www.gimp.org).

Are you looking for another method? Try cut and paste - literally, with a pair of scissors and some elmers or scotch-tape.

Looking for something easier than photoshop (or gimp) but still on the computer? Try importing the two pictures into a Word document or Powerpoint slide; use the graphics tools to crop the picture with your face; then slide it over the other picture (you may have to change the "order" so the smaller picture, the one of your face) is on top.
