I was sent a Form 511 & 538-S in the mail along with my 1040EZ(Which I've decided to do myself this year) Do I need to fill out this state form? I've looked on my W2 and it says it took out $500.00 from State income tax. But most of the time, don't you end of paying state taxes? I've never heard of anyone getting their state tax back... (By the way my wages this year were 15,186.99 if that helps anyone!)

You don't get out of paying state taxes just by not filling out the form!

Yes, if your state has income tax, you have to file.

Yes, you need to file your state taxes as well. If you're like most folks, you'll get a small refund from your state; I always do.

You probably don't qualify for the OK sales tax rebate (538S form, your income is too high if nothing else) but you definitely need to file the 511 form for your state income taxes. This is not optional.

ive done several state tax returns and many of them got refunds. It really depends on your situation and I guess there really is only one way to find out and that is to do them.

bypass on your community placed up workplace or library do no longer bypass to a tax workplace and ask for free workplace artwork - they do no longer artwork for the IRS and really get sick of human beings getting into their workplace asking for free suggestion/workplace artwork/and so on.
