They are parents-fed, I take them out to play with them. But they haven't come out of the nestbox on their own. The first one which is a day older then the second one comes out but falls on the cage floor. When will they be able to fly and come out safely(without fallling down) from the nestbox?

Well it just apends!! They will come out of the nest box when they learn to come out!! Mom and Dad bird have to show them how to come out!!! I got some more tips for you if you want to talk about it!!!!!

Don't worry, they are babies, and the time it takes for them to come out of their nest box is variable. I have had baby cocatiels and parakeets in the past, it all depends on their development. It could take a while longer, or in the next few days they might start poping their heads out. A good way to keep track of their development is by observing their baby feathers. It they still have 'little sticks' rather then feathers, or some fuzz, they still have some more time to develop and grow. The average age for weaning is between 8-10 weeks, latest 12, so it seems like your little chicks are not there yet....but soon. Good luck.

Dont make it so important to you that you try and rush them to come out on their own. They will come out when they feel safe enough to.
