are you sure you don't like her? From the way you describe her, it seems that you do like her. If however, you are sure, set her up with one of your friends, or just give off more of a friend vibe...I wouldn't recommend just telling her....that would ruin your friendship.

I have to defer to the physic friends net work that said and I quote,

u try to keep a distance from her...u probably gave the wrong siganals to her..
let her know that u treat her as afriend ..
don't beat around the bush..
a nice girl like her, will probably feel upset awhile, but she gotta face reality, that u r not her type of guy..

Just let her know that you honestly think she is such a good person. And if you want to be good friends with her, let her know. But also tell her you dont think of her in a relationship with you.
