YEAH THERE ARE ALOT OF CREAMS!!
i cant really help you out with what KIND of cream cuz im like flawless (no offense) but i've seen my mom use alot of creams. i suggest you go to dillards or macys and stop by clinique or loreal etc and ask them. i reccomend you do this, because some creams are only for special skin types. HOPE THIS HELPS!!

oooh! you could try a sugar scrub! You mix 1/4 of brown sugar and 3tbsp of milk untill they form a paste.then you rub it on your face for at least a minute and then wash it off with warm water. the sugar particules act like mini scrubbers so your apply this a few times a week and your skin will be definately smoother!
Heck, your skin will feel smoother after the first time you do it!
Well good luck, hope i helped!!!

Wash your face with a gental cleanser twice a day (morning and night) to exfoliate away dead skin cells, and remember to use a light moisturizer afterwards, because dry skin tends to look less smooth. I like Aveeno Skin Brightening Cleanser and Clean and Clear Medicated Moisturizer.

basically daily exfoliation- some face wash with salicylic acid. A gentle scrub (no apricot scrubs, it puts tiny tears in your skin). If you want to go to an esthetician (facialist) they can do a chemical peel or even microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion is awesome, but a little pricey.

You could try and electric sander. It might hurt though and take off all your skin.

grease it. wash it and then grease it. that should make it slick enough for you. all kinds of good greases out there. i used fresh virgin olive oil and chew up some raw garlic to kill the germs.
