Try Pilates, or yoga.
The pilates are really good, and are relaxing, and quiet.
There are several beginners pilates and yoga video's.
I have some and I love them.
I used to do them while I was babysitting, When the kids were asleep. I'd pop the video in and just do as they were showing....
You begin to FEEL the Burn in your abs with in DAYS!
