I think you are reading that line incorrectly... I am pretty sure the first character is a lowercase "J" instead of a number "1"... is that true?

In that case, this is the Java 2 Standard Edition Runtime Environment, version 5.0, update 10. Here is a page about that:

well man u r confusin j for 1 its j2se runtime environment 5.0 update 10..
its the latest verion of Java runtime and u shuld download it...its absolutely safe..if have any doubts go to java.com....
