I don't know where Titser got her info, but I guess she never heard of tahini,which is a paste of sesame seeds and used in many ways.
All seeds are high in fat and calories,which might be a drawback. Sesame seeds contain powerful antioxidants, so in moderation can be very good for you.

its ok, but they might give you a tummy ache if you eat like a cup full because they have a lot of oil in them.
