Sure, as long as you don't just eat part and try to store the rest in the can. Once it is open, if you don't go ahead and eat all of it then out of the can, you need to empty the rest into a glass or plastic container and store it (covered) in the refrigerator. Fish left in the can may react with the can, any sealing material, or bacteria and make you sick.

Definitely. Many bodybuilders do just that. Great source of protein. I sometimes cook some noodles, add some green beans and then some tuna packed in water with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Good quick healthy meal. Just don't ever store tuna in the fridge while still in the can.

Yeah go for it. Make sure there is no sharp bits around the can.. i suggest buying the pull top cans as they are easy to open and you don't need a can opener. There are many varieties with lots of different flavors. The tuna is great for you and low fat. If you want a more filling meal then put it on toast or bread. Love toasted tuna sandwiches!

Yeah. If you want protein also try shrimp, chicken, turkey, and lean red meat. Stay away from pork, too much fat. Also, try isolated whey protein powder, it is the easiest absorbed protein powder.
