I have a full workout routine for lowerbody! It covers everything and is very very helpful I have a bunch of ladies on it right now! I really recommend you try it.

The article "Im to muscle bound...Help!" Would be really usefull for you to read too, because it talks about slimming legs that are too muscular.

Also I encourage you to read some of the articles on the page for tips and such.

You know what thats what everyone asks but I think the best way besides excercing and doing sit ups is to try belly dancing. It really works all your abs and gives your thighs that shape that everyone will die for.

your gonna have to do cardio exercises..try the elliptical machine at the gym....a friend has been very successful with that machine and i also find it very good...it works everything

you cant spot reduce you will have to do cardio and you will lose weight all over
