What should I do to her?
Nothing pyschotic, but just to let her know that I know that she is the biggest piece of s**t that in the world.

Nothing. Unless, of course, you want to be passed off as an idiot. Whatever you do, you'll get that reaction at best. If she does do something like that after telling you she wasn't ready to date (by the way, I'm sorry, but that just means she doesn't want to date you, and she was letting you down easy (in the case she does date someone else), or else it just means she doesn't want to date anyone and you should just leave her alone until she does) then the only solution you have is to ignore it, and if you wanna do something more "in your face" then just go up to her, say something like "not ready to date, huh?" with a sarcastic grin, and forget it. Well, that's what I would do, anyway! And, after all, if she lied to you, do you really want to date her? Good luck, hope this helps...
