Depending on your relationship with the "Neuro" Patient. Is he /she your family member ?Is he/she undergoing treatment, under medical supervision, at home ? hospital ? What major ":Neurosis " is he/she suffering from ? Does he/she at times act normal, eat normally, sleep well ? Does he/she get violent at times ? abusive at times ? abusive and violent ??.does he/she want to become a " normal " person and return back to normal life style ?? Only then you can know the correct answer to your question.

Could you be more specific? What type of neurological dysfunction do they have? And what types of needs do they have?

It would be helpful to know what is yourmpatient's diagnbosis and/or condition (I mean can she/he walk? talk? is on a ventilator? etc.)
