Is my girlfreind to controlling?

My girlfreind makes more money than I do and I have more free time than her. I do all the housework and shopping. She also makes me shop for her femine products sometimes even clothing. I often feel embarrassed about shopping for these items but she insists that I do this. Is this too much?

Having more free time than her may merit your doing housework OR shopping for her (don't be embarrassed by the feminine products, noone really cares)

But shopping AND doing all the housework is a bit much.

YOU have to draw the line though. If she is being controlling, which it sounds like she might be, YOU have to tell her you'd like some help with the housework. Or tell her to shop for herself once in a while.
But be nice.
If you feel like you're being manipulated into still doing it all, I'd say "Deal with it, or leave."

no is not to much. she is working u have free time is obvious that u should make yourself handy now and then. is good that she lets you buy her clothes because that means she trusts your style and she knows youll pick something nice. is a good thing. feminine products so what. buy tampons or some kotex dude, any woman would be happy to have a man that understands her and helps her even in the more intimate and private things. my girlfriend says that she loves me so much because i talk to her about her things. she talks about her period and how she is feeling and it doesnt disgust me. is a good way to bond. dont worry, buying those things doesnt make you less of a man, it makes you a more loving life partner.

no, if u have more free time than her, then i dont see the problem.
if she had to go shopping and all that when she had time wouldnt that cut in to the time ya'll have together??? and think about what kind of mood she'll be in if she's having to run out to get things u could have gotten while u werent busy!

Dude, that is just the beginning. If she is controlling you now with these things, she will control you forever. Talk to her and explain to her how uncomfortable it makes you. If she cares about you and respects your wishes she will not ask you to do it anymore.
