not cool. if my mom was spanking me or my dad at least i would no that they werent getting any pleasure out of it. but its my stepdad some guy whos only 16 years older than me. im 15 years old i think that sounds illegal to me. my moms aware her answer is you deserve it. he is really forcing me down and taking of my clothes to make it more painful. i want 2 do somethin bout him but im not sure if this is normal. if i call the police it would suck to land in a foster home. things are sorta working out for me now. i talked to a friend and after he stopped laughing he told me to run. thats the only advice ive gotten. any ideas? ? ? ?

go to the cops - go to child welfare - what he is doing is child abuse, physical abuse, sexual molestation with a minor and illegal. would you be better off with your dad? or an aunt? he has no right whatsoever to undress you for ANY reason, OR to hurt you.

You won't land in a foster home. Your step dad is gonna land in jail is what is going to happen. Running away doesn't solve anything, and if you are getting spanked at age 15, something is seriously wrong. Talk to your mom about it. If she still doesn't do anything, call the police. They can help. You are being abused. It is wrong for someone who isn't even your real dad to touch you. Also, fight him back. When he tries to take off your clothes, kick him in the sweet spot. He'll leave you alone.

Not cool. Not cool at all. You're old enough that if you were really serious about it, you could probably become an emancipated minor. You'll have to hold down a job and be able to support yourself, but you have to have friends who are willing to let you stay with their families until you can get your legs under you. What your stepfather is doing is not all right. It's sexual abuse and pedophilia. You're within your rights to call the police, and your mother should have sense enough to protect you and support you through this! You are what her first priority should be in the situation, not her sick creep husband! Please, don't just let it go!

Spanking is good if you really deserve it, but forcing you down and taking off your clothes?
Your stepdad has some problems dear. And you really need to talk to your mom about this. She shouldn't be brushing this off!
This guy could be sick and twisted. He sounds like he has pedophiliac and sadistic tendencies!
First: Tell him straight out that you think what he's doing is inappropriate and possibly illegal.
Second: Go talk to your mom. Sit her down and make sure she realizes that her brushing it off is hurting you.
If nothing happens, go to your school counselor. They can help you find a social worker to deal with this. It's possible you guys can just get family counseling without you being shipped off to fosters.

GIRL call 911 and leave your home! Go to a trusted family friend's home. Do you have any aunts and uncle's, grandparents or ANYONE you could go to?? This is horrible and WRONG and this guy is a pedophile and needs to be locked up for a very long time.
Please, contact the police immediately.

You should talk to ANYONE of your close friends,get help immediately fast!Its illegal any to do any of that anywhere(im sure).I hope your gonna be okay!You should talk to a counselor and tell them whats going on.I understand things about how you dont want to go to a foster home.You could stay with a close relative thats related to you.Hopefully anyhow I hope you get treated more better.Protect yourself next time that happens.Get pepper spray.

if you are just letting him do this then you need to take a stand and stop him. Also you could stop doing whatever you are doing to get spanked in the first place that will help. If it countinues then there is a real problem other than that I have no idea

I don't think you would get put in a foster home for it your step dad would get taken to jail I believe. Talk to your councilor at school.
