Hi. I am an 11 year old girl and I am 195 pounds. But even thought I don't look that much at all,I need to get down to around 115 pounds before 7th grade starts in August!!! I am not worried about the eating healthy part. I just need to know the fastest working exercise that will get me way down there!!! Please help! I really need help!

And plus,i am pretty much poor so i cant muy tredmils and stuff. but i do have an AB Lounge Sport and i am starting to use it alot more!!! And i do have a dog and i like running and walking with her! But see,i am worried taht after i loose all this weight that i will have all this loose skin hanging down and all gross and i wont be able to tone it up in time!!!

don't worry about skin hanging after weight loss.. you are young, your skin is very elastic... it won't be hanging and looking all gross.. the best way to lose weight is to drink lots of water (stay away from soda and juices).. eat lots of veggies and stay away from fast food... they will kill you....excersize every day....walk your dog when you've got the erge to eat something you shouldn't... good luck to you....

Okay you need to increase your cardo with the dog start walking faster and increase to running. Concentrate on eating chicken, veges, fruit, and red meat only once a week. Since money is an issue buy hemoride cream and rub on your stretch marks twice a day. You can get the walmart brand for about $2. If you loose weight on a slow steady decrease then your skin will shrink too. If you loose it too rapidly you will have lose skin. I lost 60pds in 8 months doing these steps and my obese 15yr old sister has begun as well and has lost 21pds in 3 months. Once you are able to run and breathe this means you can increase to the situps and other exercises, but first you must loose some bulk weight first and cardo is the only way in the beginning, do this and the cream I know it is gross but it really works it is designed to shrink skin cells I used it. First of all it didn't take only 7 months to gain that weight. If you want to keep it off after losing, your realistic goal should be 1/2 pound to 2 pounds a week.
If you elimintate all sodas and fast food from your diet, the reslults will be amazing. You will need to drink plenty of water....if you don't like the taste of plain water, use cyrstal light in it. You have to drink at least 8, 8oz. glasses of water a day.
If you follow these few simple steps, and walk your dog every day, you will start to feel more energy and see amazing results.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Sweetie, you need to ask your folks to help you out with this. That way they can help to make sure that you lose weight in a healthy way.
1st...trying to lose 80 pounds in 7 1/2 months is not realistic...maybe 40 ( at most)
2nd...Healthy eating is a big part of it...stay away from all the different kinds of sugars...that will help alot.
3rd...you need to exercise for at least 1 hour every day or at least every other day. Keep moving for 1 hr, not so much that you can't breathe, just so that you keep moving. It can be walking (brisk) or even something like jump rope.
4th...Take it easy on yourself....remember all of your good qualities...I am sure you are a good person...so please let that define who you are. Do not let the scale tell you whether or not you have value. Weight is only a number!!!
5th...try to seek help from your family...that way you can attempt this with the healthiest outcome!!!
BTW...stretch marks don't magically disappear...but they do fade over time...sorry...most women have them..including me!!!

well im 14 and i really do kno how you feel i remember all i wanted to do is lose weight for 7th grade to show off to all people a new body i had tried sooo many diets , none worked soo then started walking everyday for 30 mins then packing my lunch with half a bagel withg peanut butter a cheese stick and a light yogurt for dinner chicken breast , but i reallly would suggest walking EVERYDAY 15-30 mins and Rlly you do need to eat healthy , well in 2 months i lost 25 pounds with the help of weight watchers DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE SAGG IT WONT HAPPEN UNLESS YOUR OVER 300 POUNDS

The secret is not to starve yourself. Eat every 3 hours and try to stay below 1450 calories per day and you will safely lose 2lbs a week and not gain it back. The ab lounger is great it will help tighten all that you have and shea butter lotion will assist with the stretch marks and it is very cheap. Also, you might wish to see your doctor to see if you might have an under active thyroid condition, if that is the case you will need to seek a doctor. Good luck.

Hey, don't worry a bit! This is great that you're so motivated to get healthy. I would suggest weight lifting and running or the eliptical. They're both really good cardio workouts and I find myself motivated to eat less when I do them. Good luck and don't lose hope if you feel it's not working. It will!!!

Your main concern seems to be stretch marks so I will tackle that first. Cocoa and shea butter lotions help to Both prevent and reduce stretch marks.

Second the very best and cheapest thing you can do is run everyday. Swimming is also fantastic. Both are total body workouts. Commit to doing both everyday.

hey I am 12 just eat right do100 crunches and 60 sit ups every day and drink lots of water and weight should fall off
