I would look up major hotel chains online and click on their jobs/career postings. www.hotjobs.com is also a good resource. Good luck!

The Cayman Islands is a true melting pot. More than the US. To work there your employer/prospective employer will get you a work visa- good for , I think, a year. After that time it can easily be renewed. Many excellent restaurants there. I highly reccomend Cafe Med and the Lobster Pot, but there are hundreds to choose from. The Cayman Islands are all about tourism. If that doesn't strike your fancy, maybe a cruise ship? I've never been on one but they sound like fun.

Try the Marriott in Aruba. They have recently added a new wing and I'm sure they are hiring. Great place to work, certainly for a chef.
