but he definitley likes her and i think he likes me but i am not so sure...i never really talk to him but he stares at me sometimes and asks me if i miss him or if he looks good does he like me?

Well, in this sort of feud, the one who is in more need of companionship is the one who has the right, even if it isn't granted. If you are that person, you should be able to plead or reason with your friend, who might then turn her attention elsewhere. I'm a guy, and I've never been on a date before, and all of my friends are younger than me, so if there is a girl I'm interested in, I remind them of my predicament, and they back off......
Of course, my "game" is so terrible that I always end up losing and she ends up going for a different guy instead anyway.
