VASELINE IS AN UNDIGESTIBLE PETROLEUM DISTILLATE METERIAL.YOUR BODY CAN'T DIGEST IT. IT WILL PASS UNAFFECTED, IF YOU ATE LARGE AMOUNTS, SAY A FEW OUNCES, THIS WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNS.

im sure it is- dancers put it on their teeth to remind them to smile during rehersals and shows, so it must be ok.
