Romans 1:26-32 - For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use itno that which is agaisnt nature: 27 - And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28 - And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 - Being filled with all
unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 - Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 - Without understanding, coventantbreakers, without natural affectin, implacable, unmerciful: 32 - Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, notonly do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
Leviticus 18:22 - Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Very well-said, Esther! :D You go, girl!

In addition to the above scriptures, look at Ephesians 4:17-5:20, and 1John 2:15-17. These don't address homosexuality specifically, but address sin.
God didn't make people gay, just like He didn't want them to have more than one spouse. People will twist anything to allow them to do what they want to. Even the Word of God, but that doesn't change what the truth is.
Yes, He also wants people to be happy and healthy. And He gave them a way that is guaranteed to produce this. The problem is that people want to come to God on their own terms, not His. Then, when they're rejected, they get the "Cain syndrome" and have hostility towards God.

If you follow the Christian Bible exactly then Homosexuality is a Sin. Of course so is eating pork, shell fish, putting up crosses with Jesus on them, and hundreds of other things that don't make sense in this day and age.
The bible was written by man, and regardless of if the voice of God guided it, man's politics and bias show through within its words. Homosexuality was commonly practiced by the many enemies of the Jews and later the early Christians. Its fairly easy to see how marking such a thing as a sin since their enemies did it would make sense.
My personal opinion on the subject follows an old pagan axiom. "An if it hurt non, do as you will." Each person has live in a way thats best for them without hurting others.

Lev 20:13 'If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltiness is upon them.
Well, It doesn't say it is a sin, only that they shall surely be put to death, which is the penalty for sin, sin being a transgression of the law, John 3:4

simply dee, in the new testament, read all of the first chapter of Romans, chapter 1. You need to read all of it, in context. That will give you your answer. You also need to remember that an entire city was wiped out because of this terrible sin. Sodom and Gomorrah. Where do you think the word sodomy comes from?
