I'm guessing the windows aren't open at all, since it's winter.

Is there anyone else that has a key to your car they could open it?

Got a sun roof you can open or remove.
Do you have a mushroom shaped lock on the top of the door panel, or is a lever located on the inside of the door pannel?
If your door is not framed (the glass is against the rubber seal), you can probably get a metal coathanger inside to hook either the lever or the plunger. You may damage the weather strip.
If the door is framed (the window goes into a metal border) then you will have to try to get between the door frame and the seal. Either way, you will have a much easier time if you start at the top of the door, nearest the back, this is where the door can be pried easiest. If the car has power door locks, try going for the electric switch. Another possibility, is using a thin strip of metal with a square notch cut near one end. Use this to slide between the bottom of the window and the outside of the door (just inside the rubber strip running along the top of the door). You may be able to hook the metal bar that connects the lock and the latch. This will have to be moved (pushed, pulled, raised or lowered), depending on the lock/unlock movement. This is called a SLIM JIM and are illegal to posses in most places, so don't carry it around with you later.
Assuming you do get in, make a spare key, put it on a different key ring, and don't put it in your purse, keep it in your pocket so you will always have a key on you.
Hope this helps you "in" .

If the door unlocks from the inside when you pull the handle you could simply thread in a wire hanger, hook the handle and pop it open. I've done it on Neons before. You may have to pry the top of the door open a little with a large screwdriver, and it will probably damage the rubber seal, but it should work.

Take the VIN number and proof of ownership to a Ford dealer. They should be able to look up the code and cut you a new key.
Or, you can call the locksmith. That may be cheaper than damaging something trying to stick a coat hanger in the window or something like that.

Pulling on the top part of the door and installing a wedge, keeps a crack so you can pass a wire or stick and hit the unlock button, or pull on the inside door handle

Call a lock smith, if you do not know what you're doing you can damage the connecting rods or connectors. Lock smith is you're best bet. Any information on how to break into a car, or steal a car is illegal to post on a public forum.
