I don’t know if it is appropriate to express my feelings to others. The thing is, I am asked my opinion on a daily basis, such as “Do I look fat,” and “Do you love me?” The thing is I really have no feelings for anyone around me. Seriously. I have problems with relating to people and feel no remorse after “hurting” someone’s feelings. That’s why I cheat on my boyfriend almost every day. On more than one occasion people have told me I was the reason they have cried themselves to sleep. My own best-friend once said I was heartless. I don’t understand if I should just shun these people away from me, try to change, or keep making fun of them. They are all really ugly. I need a solution immediately.

you are a horrible person. If you were a puppy, i would put you in a sack, tied rocks to it, and throw you in a river.

Yes, it is inappropriate to express your feelings so bluntly. But if you really don't care one bit about them, then it'd be dishonest to fake it too. My best advice would be to your friends: walk away and don't look back. Then when you're left all by yourself you'll find out soon enough whether maybe you do feel lonely and you see the benefits of being a bit nicer (truly being a bit nicer I mean; not just faking it while you don't feel anything for these people) or whether you're indeed a loner who is just fine by herself.

Sounds to me as though you were not loved as a child and so formed no empathy for others. Try seeing a counsellor to work out what is going on. Your life will be improved immeasurably if you can dismantle the armour which makes you behave like this. (Which I think you first grew to protect yourself from feeling the lack of love in your own childhood.) Good luck.

It's one thing to be brutally honest, but there's always a nice way to say things and some things are better left unsaid. I like people to keep in real and not sugar coat things, but I don't say things that would hurt others feelings. And the fact that you don't care whether or not you hurt their feelings is mean. You must care about your bestfriend or he/she wouldn't be your bestfriend, so why don't you care if you hurt her feelings?

To answer your question I would find it inappropriate yes. There are ways to say things to get the point accross. i.e. If the dress makes them look fat.

"Yes, that dress makes you look fat" (You)
That dress doesn't look right for you, here is my suggestion for a dress." (More correct)

If you want to try to work on your habits, try seeking professional assistance. Someone that can work on proper communication skills towards your friends and family. You should only change (better yourself) if you want it. If you don't want it.... than sadly it won't work.

Best wishes,
Mike

It sounds like something is seriously wrong. I recommend that you begin therapy with a psychologist or other mental-health professional immediately. They should be able to help you get to the bottom of the issues that are causing this. And please stop "cheating" (I assume that means having extramarital sex).

Just be you. It is far better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you're not.
