Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Move in with the good credit people.

Or find you an efficiency apartment and live alone for a year - if you can afford it.

Or you all should look too find a house that can fit you all. Decide UP FRONT the rental and utility split.

Now understand that if you (good credit) people put the house your names...the bad credit people have no real claim to the property.. If they decide to move mid-year you good credit people may be stuck.

In cases like this get an understanding (in writing) first.

Again do not rule out the option to move in alone for a while.. No roomies, just you..

Think about this and start looking. If you do not find anything, then make sure that you have somewhere to live at least!

Be careful moving in to an apartment with anyone with bad credit. Most apartment leases are "joint and several", meaning if you have a shared lease, and 2 of the 4 you don't/can't pay...you are still responsible. You can get yourself into a situation where you have bad credit, too, if they flake out...

If you want to really avoid the DRAMA, be honest with yourself and get 3 people with GOOD CREDIT and an absence of excuses to move into that apartment.

It is as simple as that.

When you make a deal with the devil by dealing with folks with bad credit, you create an "open door" for drama. Furthermore, you can rest assured that yur peace of mind will be in jeopardy and yes, your FICO score, will be in jeopardy.

on a standard lease they usually just ask for information from 2 people. so just put the ones with the good credit on the lease and list the other 2 as occupants
