First of all, make sure that you are mentally prepared for his response. If you have a good rapport with your DAD then it will be an easy lead in. Just tell him that your are very interested in knowing about your half sister. Any part of him is also and extension of you. Talk to him about it, bluntly. If you want to know why he did it, ask him to tell you his side of the story. Tell him that you dislike only having your MOM's side of the story. Advise him that knowing the truth will help you come to grips with the situation. Let him know that you want to continue your great relationship and feel that discussing this matter is a stepping stone to an even better Father/Daughter relationship.

You are not making a big deal out of it and you should speak to her about it. Just tell her that you don't feel comfortable with her posting your kids' pictures anywhere online. 9 times of 10, nothing will happen but there is always that 1 statistic that gets unlucky and you definitely don't want to take a chance that it might be your kids. Tell their mother that too.

You have this right to get the story out especially when he played the whole game of risky love. Don't be afraid to ask anything be calm and just ask him one on one to find out. if he puts up a fight so be it, he's being selfish. Take a walk, go get some ice cream, let the truth of the whole thing out, you do have a right. Remember if he still holds back so be it. You all know what went down, so find them yourselves....

Tell him you would like to schedule some time with him to discuss your half sister. Tell him you have some questions. That should get the ball rolling.

I guess I dont understand why the need to ask him, if you already know. If it's that critical for you to know the details, perhaps you can ask him in a letter. However, be prepared for whatever reaction you receive.

don't confront him. i'm sure he feels guilty enough, and to mix that with the love he probably feels for all his children, it must be almost unbearable.
