Went out with a female friend, and met the guy she's started seeing/hanging out with for the first time (not serious). Didn't want to, but found myself really starting to like him, thought there might be some chemistry (even though I was respectful/being restrained). I noticed some insecurity/some slightly competitive words on her part, maybe she picked up on something. I wouldn't do anything to threaten the friendship/she's the one who's been getting to know him. But, when I start to feel a connection (it's an instinct, can't really decide not to have it), part of me hopes this can be a possibility somehow. But, I may never see him again, for all I know.

things like this happen a lot with me. if it's meant to be, it's meant to be. i'd rather let my guy buddies screw things up with a girl, then i'll go after them. same case for you, different gender. wait it out, im not into screwing my friends over, and im sure you aren't either. there's a lot of people out there, a WHOLE LOT, so just take your time. wait it out and be a good friend.

Eh....best to let it go. You're not even sure if you feel a connection so why ruin a friendship on something that might not pan out? Besides, if you did get with him, there'd always be that weirdness about her lurking around the two of you. Men come and go but a good friend is hard to find.

I believe that you should let your friend be happy. After all, she did meet him first. If they don't work out and she tells you, talk to her about it and ask her if it's okay. Other than that, I wouldn't keep your hopes up .. I'm sorry =/ There are tons of other guys out there, don't worry too much =)

Just ask him out! If she isn't really serious about him then he's not technically hers! If u ask him out then it will work!
