How did you get a sticker inside your finger in the first place?
Your skin will continue to grow and may eventually push the sticker out to the surface of the skin where you can remove it. Or your skin will grow over it and you will have a colored scar in your skin.

Eventually the skin will get inflamed and red. Also this could lead to an infection even though there is no wound, with the pressure from the inflammation and the sharpness of the sticker, a wound could form.

if it doesnt come out, then it doesnt come out
when i get a sticker or splinter that isnt easy to get out, i usually keep fiddling with it until i either manage to get it on out or get it a little bit infected....then the chances are better at getting it out cuz a little bit of swelling usually does the trick
call me crazy i guess but i wouldnt go to the dr over a sticker or splinter
unless it was as big as, like, say, a TOOTHPICK

Since wood or other plant material is organic, your body would eventually break down the sticker. However, your finger could easily become infected before that happens, so if it starts to get bad, I'd check with the doctor to have it removed.

The splinter, sticker, piece of glass...will eventually get into your bloodstream. Example: My father as a child had a piece of glass enter his hip and years later, the doctors dug it out of his foot.

right here in Texas, we had a Governor's race these days that blanketed Kinky Friedman - a author/rancher and musician who was once in a band called Kinky and the Jewboys lower back contained in the Sixties and 70s. He ran for governor as an self sustaining, and actually gained the hearts of many. considered one of his bumper stickers in help of his marketing campaign says: "My Governor is a Jewish Cowboy" i think of it rather is kinda humorous. Or - "He ain't kinky, he's my Governor" (sung to the song, "He ain't heavy, he's my brother"). there is likewise yet another considered one of my favorites - "propose human beings suck!" properly, isn't that throughout actuality a "propose" assertion, subsequently making the "wearer" of the bumper sticky label "propose", and subsequently stating that that individual additionally sucks! i've got additionally seen a bumper sticky label lower back during the Volkswagen "Fahrvergnugen" days that had the VW individual (insignia) dancing and the sticky label reported "Fukengruven". That grow to be notably humorous!

IF BY 'STICKER' YOU MEAN A SPLINTER, THE BECAUSE IT IS A FOREIGN BODY YOUR BODY REACTS BY CAUSING A LOCALIZED INFECTION. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE MATERIAL IS IT MUST BE TAKEN OUT.
IF IT REALLY ISN'T REMOVED BLOOD POISONING AND POTENTIAL FINGER AMPUTATION MAY RESULT.

Assuming it doesn't get infected, or come out on its own, the body will just break it down and absorb it over time.

It will eventually come out. Many times it will work its way to the surface or you can a knife, a needle, fingernail clippers, and/or tweezers and get to digging. Have fun.

It will get infected. I had someone in my class like that, and it swelled up and got all black and brown and bubbley. I would go to the doctor and get it out.
