He is white with a couple of black spots, and he has blue eyes.
He is a dalmatian mix.

Call it something you won't mind shouting out when you are in the park - nothing embarrassing!
Also he might get more spots as he gets older - dalmations are born white and get thier spots later.
Cara is a good name - it means friend.

It's a good, solid name. It's easy for dogs to recognize and remember. I have had three Labrador retrievers in my life (the last one lived 17 years). They were all named max.
