how serious would it be...if a pastor did not agree with another..During a service, and left. But not before saying something in front of the church listening...to the other preach!
Would it to (you)...be a very serious offense, that should have been dealt with....at another time.(By the way....it can be taken both ways by many..what was the topic)...I just want to ask, what you think of the other calling it incorrect! in front of all the congregation?...then walking out.The Other said we will talk later!
Not Now...which seems fair.

Our church has 2 pastors, its normal where I am...(country should I say)
The topic was one that is like 50% believe one thing 50% believe something else in scripture...my concern was how bad to call out, and make the senior pastor have to say, wait till later! as the 2nd pastor is not young eigther!...such decention!! is a huge concern to me....This is only 2nd time in a few yrs, it has happened.

That is wrong, the Pastor who walked out should have left it and discussed it later, not in front of the congregation that is belittling the Pastor who is preaching
God Bless You

I am wondering why there were two pastors in one service. If it were a visiting pastor and he didn't agree with the message from the home pastor it would have been more correct to just quietly leave and speak to the home pastor outside the ears of the service.

How silly of the priest. No you do not do that as a priest, you do as you tell other ppl to do. I bet the priest walking out was nothing but a lonley guy with no real life. It is wrong and he will be punished for it some day, you can just sit back and relax. I would be offended by the whole thing and leave myself. I can not sleep well if i encounter things like this in everyday life.

Why would you have two pastors for one church in the first place?... Actually ... something like this happened in my old church... it was the elders that didn't agree on something
the church split as the result.

Fair would be to remain and discuss it later. Perhaps the minister miss-spoke and a kindly reprimand would help. Walking out just makes the one who left appear to be more Godly and that probably isn't the case.

If they have a problem with each other they should address it away from the congregation. One should not make a scene in the Sunday service. That is very wrong and not very mature.

the pastor that intrupted the service did have verry poor timing, DEPENDING, on what the other pastor was talking about and which was the more senior pastor or if the other was a guest preacher speaking first.

The church will become concerned and inquire more about the offense before taking any action.

May be if he said that he disagrees with the other if he feels so strongly about it. But I don't agree he should walk out, especially if it is a church he is linked to.

I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about but if "pastors" started arguing & strongly disagreeing on BIBLE principles....are you sure they are qualified to teach you? Doesn't sound like to me. if they can't even agree, what makes them holy or classified as the true religion? We can have our *little* differences but sometimes false religion goes too far...good question. view my profile.
