Definately not starving- you will gain the weight back almost immediately and then gain extra because your body goes into starvation mode and thinks it needs to hold on to everything it gets. You can do a low carb diet for two weeks-barely any carbs, just mostly protein and lose between 10-14 pounds. Look into Adkins/South Beach Diet websites to get some ideas.

I would say not a good idea. What is wrong with putting in the work and just eating right and exercising? This method of weight loss is just a temporary fix, but poses long-lasting effects to your body.

wow you deffinelty shouldnt starve yourself. not good. do it some other way. well my mother used jenny craig and lost a TOONNN of weight so uh..hit that up

have you tried toning yourself instead? you'll look alot better the more in shape you are, the more muscle = the less body fat
