Yes they taste much better than an animal carcass. Why would you want to use your stomach as a graveyard for animal remains? Vegetables are great!

Well you have your opinion based on your dislike of vegetables but yes, people do genuinely like vegetables out there, I for one was raised to eat all food groups and I LOVE the taste of vegetables, including brussel sprouts and broccoli. I had a stir-fry last night and aimed for the broccoli, mini corn and cauliflower first. MMMMMMM

When I was little I didn't like many vegetables. I love them now and I am not saying that because they are healthy. Here are some that I love:
a) carrots: They have a sweet taste.
b) corn: It is very sweet and I love corn on the cob.
c) broccoli: goes good with zucchini and carrots. I also like fresh broccoli in salads.
d) Lettuce: in Salads or on sandwiches.
e) onions: I love the sweet taste of them in salads or on sandwiches.
f) Peas: Not one of my favorites, I don't really think they have much flavor, but I do eat them sometimes.
g) Zucchini: I love it when it is steamed with broccoli or carrots. It gives it a good taste.
h) I love tomatoes. They have a juicy taste.
i) mushrooms: I love them when they are mixed with meat such as chicken in a dish. I also love them fresh mixed in a salad.

There are some great veggies out there-- but I'm not saying I lke them all. There are people out there who genuinely love all vegetables and eat all of them raw.... even onions. However, most people complain about vegetables when they're young, but when they age, they'll learn to respect it.

I don't like mushy peas. Other than that, I never met a vegetable I didn't like. My favorite are slices of fresh ripe tomato sprinkled with salt and pepper. Yumm!
I find a lot of people who don't like vegetables have always overcooked them. When you try some fresh broccoli, steamed just until it's bright green, but still crunchy, with a squeeze of lemon juice, it will change your whole outlook.

Lots of people eat them for taste as they are very tasty. How could you not like the taste of at least a couple of veggies?

yeah i love them. U have to prepare them the way one does in India. Add them to curry, spice em up in a little bit of butter. You can add veggies like potatoes to meat / lamb dishes. Peas, carrots, onions taste great in salads with a little salt and white vinegar or lime. You can make boil them, add them to a creamy bechamel sauce, top em with grated cheese and bake for about 15 minutes. Add them raw / lightly sauted to grilled fish. I am a vegetarian and really happy about it

I definitely like some vegetables - I particularly like broccoli and asparagus, as well as tomatoes. There are certainly some that I DON'T like - brussels sprouts are awful, and onions are even worse!!!
