Part of the reason of your weigh may actually be two attractive parts of your anatomy. The big boobs and booty. Also your ethnic profile may have you with a greater torax or hips. Finally if you do a lot of sports you must be aware that muscle is denser than fat (thus heavier) and, since it has a higher space usage in fit people it can also be a cause. Anyway, you may not need to lose weight (and by your description I don't see why). But if you wanna try here is my counsel. Reduce your sugar and fat consumption during a week to an 80% level. However make sure that vitamines and proteins are the same (you can take complexes for the vitamins, just see they haveno sugar, and tuna is a good source of protein). Increase your water consumption too if you think you may be cumulating liquids. Try this for a week. If you don't lose a significative weigh quantity (like 4 pounds) then you're OK, is only the way your built, thus stop it. And see if you're not comparing with abnormally thin or petite friends (asians, some hispanics, etc are naturally smaller than white and black people)

Well I've always been very lean and unfortunately for the last ten years or so (I am 31 and had a child), I am not proud to say that I do little to no exercise, but here's how I keep a slim figure: I drink A LOT of water (4-5 liters per day), eat small portions 4-5 times a day consisting mainly of whole grain bread, veggies, low-fat cheese (BIG cheese lover), almost no pasta (don't really like pasta), skinless grilled chicken breasts and I always eat breakfast. I drink 2 litres of 1% milk every day ( that's just me, I ADORE milk), and once or twice a week lean steak...
But I really think that my secret is small portions of healthy food 4-5 times a day (instead of 3 big meals) and a lot of water... Also I never drink soda (don't like them) and very little sugar in my diet (say goodbye to sugary cereal and reduce candy and chocolate intake to once in a while (for me it's easy because I don't have a sweet tooth)...And of course whole grain (fiber is so important). Oh and I eat a lot of beans (kidney beans, chick peas, etc..)
Hope it helps, good luck

Take some fiber pills, like Colon Cleanse. It cleans out your colon , and most colons are full of nasty build up that often
times causes a lot of bad things including weight gain. Drink lots
of water throughout the day and get some extra exercise in daily. In a few weeks you will notice a big difference.

There's nothing wrong with your weight and your size. However, if you're desparate to lose a little weight, then I would suggest eating healthier, eating a little less, and exercising more. You might even look into joining a gym or developing a good workout routine.

Eat a lot of salads. Get a George Foreman grill and fix a skinless chicken breast to eat with your salad. Also, for your dressing try Good Seasonings that you add the oil & vinegar to. I didn't like the vinegar taste so I added some artifical sweetener to mine. I also added raisins to my salad to get my fruit.

1200 calories every day for 7 days.
This coupled with 20-25 minutes (daily) of aerobic exercise.
