You have to ask the person in charge at the church. I am getting married at a church I do not belong to, I am having a Cinderella wedding and asked if a song from the movie could be played as I walked down the isle and I was allowed. It is totally up to them but if you don't ask you will never know. Asking is the respectful thing to do. Especially if you are not sure.

Yes you can. I walked down the aisle to Will You Still Love Me When Im 64 by the Beatles and left to the Mickey Mouse March.

Some churches will not let you have any song. They will probably want to hear the song in it's entirety before they decide. This is something you should address well in advance of your wedding. Don't get your heart set on it and then get shot down. And HEY if they say no...throw it in during the reception and dance to it!!! I am sure it highly depends on whether we are talking about a "I will always love you" type song or like "brick house" or something...GL!!

Yes. A lot of people are choosing songs other than the traditional ones. Choose one that has meaning for you as a couple. My mom and dad are strong Christians, and they believed that they needed God's help in order to have a lasting marriage. They chose a song that talked about that.

It depends on the church and their policies. In some churches, it has to be a "religious" song or hymn. Check with the minister.

Yeah usually, the church may not want/allow some songs that are inappropriate or patently offensive. Share your song selections with the minister and get his input.

It really depends on your church and Pastor there and the church board you need to clear that with them.

I think you would have to ask your church pastor or whoever is helping you at the church to organize everything.
