No! The rate of the light reaction stays the same, the number of light reactions that happen in any moment increases: at any single moment one reaction happens inside each chlorophyll; so if you have more chlorophyll's, more reactions occur.

By light reaction you mean photosynthesis?

Well... it depends on whether the plant has the resources to enable photosynthesis too... chorophyll isn't all that matters. there's the water, carbon dioxide etc etc...
