Definitely don't say that she's fat. If I asked that question, I would want an answer somewhere along the lines of, "I think you're perfect just the way you are. Don't let anyone ever make you think anything besides that." Say something sweeeeet to make her heart melt.

If she asks, then she knows she has a problem. It's a dangerous question to answer directly. Agree and you could be branded as an insensitive shallow jerk, deny it and be labeled a liar.
You have to be supportive of her and any efforts she makes at self improvement. Don't nag, comment or mock her appearance. Show an interest in outdoor activities or healthy eating and she may join you.

well i know i am a little heavy, so i dont ask my man if im fat, when i know i am heavy then i wouldnt ask if i was thn i would.. but guys DONT EVER tell a girl she is fat, tell her she is JUST PERFECT.. a girl ahs to be happy with herself to accept what others say. i am constantly working out and until im confident about my weight im not gonna ssto and if my f tell me im fat he is outta here

tell her it would be better for her health and body to work out. suggest you're meaning to get in better shape. enroll at a gym together. and she'll appreciate you being there to support her, and of course you two will have more fun together.
