we were together for 4 years, and broken up for almost 3. she just left one day, but i just cant stop thinking about her, what do i do?

Start taking care of you! when we love someone and it's over we forget about ourselves.Take inventory of what you miss doing for yourself. What would you like to accomplish.And why aren't you dating ?Find a really good dating place ya know not a sex thing a real mate.Make a list of what you want from a woman so you guys can have the same interests.Keeping your life going will help you to go on. You will never forget her,but you can take what you learned from that relationship good and bad and make this one work ok.This will work for you but you have to have faith in you!

Meet some new people and get involved in something new and different.
Remember the good times in the past but look forward to positive relationships in the future.
