A Book of Shadows is nothing more than a workbook that you put together with stuff to help you on your spiritual journey. It could be anything, from spells, to inspiring quotes or stories, or information about herbs and stones and incense. It's your book, you put whatever you want in it. You can't buy one that's been prefabricated.
