You turn 18 and move out. OR if your other biological parent is willing and able to take you in, then you move in with them. OR you can talk to one of your grandparents about possibly moving in with them.
Still here is the catch. Each household has rules that must be obeyed. You must respect the adults which you reside with. Show respect and you will be respected. Show maturity you will be given more freedom.

Try being nice, well-behaved and appreciative. As a stepmom, I know I would probably drop dead of a heartattack if my stepkid did that.

Try talking with her like an adult and work on your issues, tell her how you feel. Be nice to her and see how she reacts. Show her that you are responsible and trustworthy.
