my bestfriend and i are 16, and he told me that he was diagnosed with cancer, and that he was gay and that he loved me and that he had 3-4 months to live, and that he was telling me because he wanted me to know. And he asked me if i would sleep with him? Should I? And can a st8 guy have gay sex, can he think of a girl does that work, or just watch porn or something?

uh, if you are str8 and sleep with a gay man, and actually go through with it you might be bi or something. straight men arent attracted to men. you may wanna check the story on your friend, check if he is serious no you shouldnt sleep with him, you might get AIDS, instead of cancer

It seems like a strange request, but could be that he just wants to experience sex with someone he knows and trust, whether or not he really loves you or not. Going through cancer has to be one of the scariest things anyone has to go through and I'm sure he is going to be depending on the support structure he has to get through his ordeal.
As far as the sex. Having sex with another guy doesn't make you "gay", the same as a man having sex with a woman doesn't make him "straight". To think that having sex, or any kind of sexual contact, with another guy triggers an ontological change is foolhardy. If this were the case then any guy who has ever experimented with another, which I believe tends to happen more often then not, would be gay. Being gay is more, mostly it's how you approach the relationship at all. Being straight means you love women, being gay means you love men, sex doesn't really enter into the equation.
Anywho, having sex with another guy doesn't make you gay. If he is trying to use this as a ploy to get into your pants it should be fairly easy to see through, especially if you guys are best friends and you know his family. Diagnosed with cancer isn't something you can hide too easily. You need to do what you think is right, and support him as best you can regardless what you decide.

No, a straight guy shouldn't be having sex with a gay guy. Your friend is probably not telling you the truth. Ask his mother if he really has cancer and whether he does or not, stay away from him. He sounds like a parasite. That's a "sick" request.

sure a straight man can have sex with a gay man its called a down low brother. they claim to be straight men that have wives and girlfriends but prefer something differnet from time to time. do you know for certain that he has cancer and is not just making it up. but if you are against that type of thing don't do it. find someone else for him.

man, if he realy loves you like he saids, he would never have sex with you knowing that you don't feel it.i mean, if you do it only because you feel sorry for him, it is not going to do any good for him, understand?in only couple of months of live you can do better things than screw up a friendship by having unwanted homo sex.
i think hi is manipulating you, and making that story up, or he is confused because of that notice ( in the case it is true) and he doesnt know what he wants to do.

Don't do anything because someone is dying. I don't mean to be harsh, but that is not a reason to do anything. I am sorry your friend is dying, but if you are not comfortable or ready to take that step then don't do it. Tell him, that his request is not something that you can deliver on, but you will support him and help him as much as possible through his ordeal but that is all you can do. Again, don't do it for that reason alone.

DON'T DO IT!!! I REPEAT DON'T!!! He should do it with someone who feels the same way. Who knows he might live up to a year or more. Doctors aren't always right. how can you live with yourself knowing what you did??? the only way you could have sex with him is if you are gay yourself. he knows that your straight and should respect that. how dare he try to turn you gay??? you better tell him.....ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
