Have anyone tried to make gourment " bully beef" ? It is a great way to "stretch" the dinner and a nice way to add veggies for the kids. Try it and let me know what you think.

Well here is the recipe.

Small Cabbage (shred)
1 tin corn beef
Large Onion
Escallion
Bell peppers - green, red, orange ( 1/2 each)
1/2 cup corn
Scotch bonnet pepper
Thyme
Broccoli (optional)
Ketchup 3 tablespoon
Olive oil ( or canola)

In pan, add oil (olive), heat at medium range
Next add onion saute for 1 minute
Add ketchup and stir for 30 sec
Add cabbage, broccoli, peppers, escallion, corn, scotch bonnet pepper, thyme and stir fry until cabbage seem tender
Add corn beef and sprinkle thyme leafs.
Cook at low heat for another few minutes.
Serve over white rice.

bully beef is great, i use to eat it when i was younger.its pretty good with white rice

scotch bonnet is too hot for the kids to enjoy the dish even if you remove the seeds and white thing off. it's supper hot.
