Impressions.. 1. 3.5cmx2.7 cm mass in the upper lobe anteriorly suspicious for bronchogenic carcinoma. 2. Upper limits normal sized pretracheal lymph node reactive versus metastatic. 3. Non calcified soft tissue nodular right middle love favoring a grannuloma and a small sliding hiatal hernia also noted.
ok i know what a hiatal hernial is. This also said in the finding that there is invasion into the anterior mediastinal fat...please let me know if any of you know this stuff what exacly its all saying here ok? Thanks so much Also let me know if its saying that the cancer is in the mediiastinal wall? and if so do you guys think that this is operable?
