Well, I agree with the above responses. I don't know if I have eczema, but I have something similar (maybe psoriasis) on my forehead. I have found that creams with shea butter really help. Also, Aveeno moisturing lotions help a lot. They have one called Postively Smooth moisturing facial lotion. It actually is for minimizing facial hair, which is why I got it, but I found out it is a GREAT moisturizer. There is a body lotion as well.

an intensive care cream, or a salve is the best solution. unfortunately you do have to put it on repeatedly. you can also use a body cream that bath stores sell. make sure that whatever you use soaks into your skin and doesn't just set on top. if this happens you should try out different brands that may work better for you. also if you have a small area, you can try using a pure vitamin e oil.

some people swear by virgin coconut oil-- use it to cook with, use it in smoothies, and put it on your eczema

another suggestion-- but one that requires a lot of self-discipline and resolve-- is to do a supervised fast (I don't mean a day or so). this is one way to overcome eczema once and for all.

All the best!

Dry heat will dry your skin. Use a cream, Not a lotion. rub it in heavely every night and lightly during the day.Good luck.

maybe you should know what is the triggering factor for that matter...
example.. you may have allergies to foods, latex, detergent and etc....
After you find this out,,,, refrain from getting in contact to them to alleviate your suffering.....
