You are not paranoid you are healthily afraid. Paranoia is fear of something that is no real danger. Fear on the other hand is a God given emotion to protect you.
It probably will take a few weeks to get over the fear but remember that the robber has already "cleaned you out?" and probably won't come back. Another robbery is unlikely so just take the normal precautions.Did you report the robbery to the police? Do that and they may watch the area.

That must have been really scary for you!
Sometimes after a very frightening episode our 'nerves' are on high alert and it doesn't take much of anything to make those alarm bells go off.
One thing you can do is to talk about your fear with someone you trust. Trying to keep busy with something that takes your mind off of the robbery helps too.
Victims of crime often feel like you do, but over time normally will get back to normal. It has only been one week, I imagine anyone would still be a bit paranoid.
Give it some time-but if you don't feel like you are getting over it you really should talk to someone about it, like a counselor.

I was a victim for years growing up cause my parents continue to live next door to a guy who abused me even when they knew he did it they still continue to live next to him, but as I have gotten older and now in my thirties I have learned not to be a victim anymore. I have always worked in the downtown cities of Portland Seattle and now Houston and have realized as I have gotten older that you don't want to show or look obvious like you are a victim or you are more likely to be another victim, because the sick predators out there are always looking for the insecure people that show and look afraid cause they are the ones that are going to be easy targets. But most of the time even when I have been in scary parts of the city most people don't mess with me just because I don't act scared or paranoid. Now on the otherhand I have a friend who is always scared on the otherhand when we are in the city and she has never been a victim of abuse or robbery and I am always yelling at her and telling her to chill out and stop acting so scared and insecure cause as long as she acts like that people see that and I keep on telling her she is setting herself up to be a victim of abuse or assualt. So goodluck and just keep your chin up and be a strong person or else you are going to be miserable for a long time and it will take some time to feel better cause abuse and robbery is always a scary thing and you will never forget about it unfortunately. One thing that has helped me over time is taking classes like kick boxing. So maybe you should start some self defense class or take up a karate class to help you heal and feel stronger, but the healing process will take some time to heal.
