Windows Media Center Setup?

Question

What exactly do I need for the PC to be like the one's they show on TV or in magazines that have everything set up? Set up to watch TV, view photos, etc.

Do I need these things? And What else?
-TV Tuner (Analog TV Tuner Box?)
-Certain cables
-Speakers

Assuming I already have a TV and a PC

You almost have everything.

Don't forget also Internet access to download the TV guide and to access other internet services
