I think that you should talk 2 him. and if he do not understand dump him and tell him why!!

It doesn't sound like a very solid relationship if your boyfriend doesn't like having you around. Talk to him about it, and if nothing changes, maybe taking a break would be the best idea. You deserve a boyfriend that cares about you and definitely wants you around!
